Schwan withdraws appeal

Jeff Schwan of Waterford has withdrawn his appeal against the Dairy Farmers of Ontario marketing board.

The hearing was scheduled for later this month at the boardroom for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal.
