Two more chosen for SPCA oversight

 The provincial government continues to revamp the membership of the committee that oversees the Ontario Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals with two more appointments.

Joanne Foot of Toronto and Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga have been appointed to two-year terms, bringing membership to 18 plus an executive chairman.

Theoharis holds a doctorate in law degree and has served 10 years on the Landlord Tenant Board.
