Organic production increases again

The number of organic growers increased by 13 per cent in the United States last year, the largest increase since 2008.

And another study has found that 82 per cent of U.S. households regularly buy organic produce.

There are now 24,650 certified organic operations in the U.S.

This is an amazing transformation for the agriculture and food industry in less than a decade.
