After reporting a 12 per cent decline in
Canadian profits, Saputo Inc. bounced the man in charge and promoted Carl
Colizza the division’s president and chief executive officer.
He has been the Canadian dairy
division’s senior vice-president for strategic business development.
Colizza, who’s worked for Saputo since
1998 and held several senior management posts during that time, will report to
Dino Dello Sbarba, Saputo’s president and chief operating officer.
Colizza replaces Lorenzo Spinelli, who
has also worked for Saputo since 1998 and was named the dairy division
president in April 2012.
