In your previous blogs you have
advised your readers that all allegations that have been made against the
Defendants in this action are strenuously denied and remain unproven. I was surprised that this statement did
not accompany this article.
Furthermore, in the interests
of unbiased reporting, you should also advise that certain of the Defendants
have in fact filed Counterclaims as against the Plaintiffs alleging wrongful
conduct.
