New book debunks food misconceptions

Maurice Hladik has written a book that debunks a long list of misconceptions about farming and food.

Hladik began life as a farmer in Western Canada, gained two degrees in agricultural economics, serving as an agricultural diplomat in New Zealand, Germany and China and working for an agriculture-based company, Hladik has gathered a wealth of information and experiences to inform his opinions.

His book is a guide to Demystifying Food From Farm to Fork. It’s available in paperback from Barnes & Noble for $19.95 or from Amazon in electronic form for $9.99 US.
